So I met this young chef back in 1988. What fun we had opening Bix, Seeing the growth of Fog City Diner, Tra Vigne, Buckeye Roadhouse, Pan O Rama and Gordon’s House of Fine Eats, to name a few. You couldn’t find a better chef to cook, work and build a business. I have always been so proud of having gotten to work with him and learned so much. He’s a great teacher in all areas. Both for willing and unwilling students. Brilliant with food but also brilliant with staff.
